How can you get into vibrational Alignment to manifest your desires?

Alignment is when our thoughts, life-choices, and focus all honour our core values. It’s when we listen to our inner guidance and live our lives embodying our true selves. It is function and action with complete ease.

Being aligned with your inner being and energy has a huge impact on the way you run your life… and your business if you have one.

It is so easy to be out of alignment as we absorb everything around us… much at a subconscious level.  It may be the news on the tv in the background or the bad energy of people around you at work/socially.  Our brain soaks up the energy and takes our vibration down and then more often than not we respond on autopilot with low vibrational energy… which then attracts back even more.

Out of alignment…

When your energy is low it can feel like everything is against you… things start to go wrong around you, both in daily life and with your health.

Unexpected bills start to arrive and if you have a business it tends to hits a bad patch, clients disappear and nothing seems to be happening.  You notice things going wrong in the house, like an appliance or your car and worse, your immune system seems to be weakened as you keep feeling ill.

What do most people do?  Complain about what’s going wrong to those around them.  That is a common response, but the universe is listening and sending you more of what you are focusing on (or complaining about)…  as a result more things will go wrong.

Low energy is not aligned with who you are and will not bring you what you want.  

When we become aware of the thoughts we’re having and of where our attention is going we can take back our energetic power. Coming back to the present moment and detaching from anything outside of us is where we will create space for new thoughts, new actions and new experiences.

Having trust and faith in the universe…

is extremely powerful in all aspects of life and the key is raising your energy, raising your vibe and shifting your focus onto what you do want to happen in your life. 

There are many ways you can do this, for example with gratitude, self care, meditation and inspired action.

Pausing and reflecting on your journey from time to time is key to staying aligned and not going off track. 

 A good place to start is to get to a place of stillness…. of no attachment to anything, so that your energy isn’t being split and can be used for intentional purpose.

My daily goal is to get into Alignment first thing and my favourite way to practice this non-attachment is with a morning routine. As soon as I wake I gently release the grogginess by starting the day with meditation and journaling allowing me to create the day ahead on a high vibration, in a  refreshed state for the best outcome.
