Does Manifesting work for everyone?
As I write this, my first blog, sitting in our newly completed orangery, sipping my earl grey tea and looking out onto the garden full of beautiful rhododendrons and exquisite nature, I can’t help but smile and feel so grateful that the whole world and life that I’m living started as a conscious thought in my mind and manifested in front of my eyes.
Everything, from the Edwardian house and every detail about it, the location and close proximity to my children and the sea, my partner/soulmate and our wonderful lifestyle was once a delicious thought and intention I put out to the Universe and it all manifested within a couple of years.
Of course, I knew about the Law of Attraction and I’ve been working with it for over 20 years, and over that time I’ve learned and experienced how it works for us and against us. I still find it incredibly exciting every day to have the knowledge that we are co-creators of our own life journey and my passion is sharing what I’ve learned with others. I came to the realisation that this is my life purpose and I qualified as a Law of Attraction Life Coach and now love every day of my work and life.
Most people who come to me for life coaching already know about the Law of Attraction and have had some success with it, but manifesting the bigger goals has eluded them. Sometimes a minimal tweaking of mindset and understanding what they are doing wrong is all that’s needed. For others there might be bigger blocks and limiting beliefs that need to be identified before the manifestation work begins.
The great thing is that manifesting works for everyone because the Law of Attraction is always in action and always has been, just like the Law of Gravity, but in this case it’s like an energy magnet. The energy that we give out with our thoughts and feelings attracts back whatever we have been thinking about and focusing on.
Some people are naturally positive, loving, happy, solution-focussed and intentional in life and without knowing it the Law of Attraction is working in their favour and they attract more happy, successful circumstances. These are the type of people that tend to be thought of as always landing on their feet, or are seen as just always “lucky”. For others, they might find themselves being brought down by circumstances around them, and unfortunately, and again unknowingly, can attract more of what they don’t want.
There are many techniques to practice when working with the Law of Attraction and once learned they can be used going forward throughout life whatever happens around us.
My top tip is to start with Gratitude. Be grateful for everything that you have around you and in your life and start a gratitude journal. Start with writing down 3 things that you are grateful for today, and make an intention to do this mindful activity every single day.
Through the Law of Attraction you will attract more things in your life to be grateful for. Let me know how you get on!
